Examples: walking one hour five days a week or increasing the intake of vegetables from two servings to three servings per day.
Example: If you wanted to hit your macros daily, maybe don't buy a lot of snacks that lack multiple nutrients or increase steps, plan a 20-minute walk during your lunch break

I know photos aren’t everyone’s favorite, but they help me to determine your custom macros and will also serve as your progress photos. These photos are between you and me. I will never share them without your permission. Please follow these steps:

  • Have a friend take the photos at eye level or set your phone on a tripod or piece of furniture and use the timer.
  • Stand in front of a plain wall or door.
  • Make sure the photos are taken at about eye level, not angling down or up.
  • Take front, back and side photos, full body from head to toes.
  • Ensure you are squared up to the camera/wall and you aren’t turned.
  • Make sure you have good lighting, do not stand in front of a window or light fixture.
  • Please take photos in tight-fitting clothing, bathing suit or underwear.
