In both photos I was lifting weights and running regularly. The only difference between these photos is my nutrition.
THEN: I thought I was eating “healthy” by eating low carb and depriving myself when I saw my scale weight increasing, then binging when I couldn’t keep it up.
NOW: I eat all the carbs and I prioritize protein as well as eat a healthy amount of fat. I fuel myself physically and mentally by continuing to enjoy all the foods I love and not freaking out when I have a “bad day.”
I have a healthy relationship with food now, and it shows.
