One-on-one coaching includes:

- Direct message/voice memo support on weekdays
- 45-page Get Gritty Nutrition Guide
- Ongoing tips, video modules, Q&A
- Access to your own personal dashboard where you can track your progress
- At-home and gym workout programming
One-on-one coaching does not include:
- Prescribed meal plans or restrictive food rules. Tracking macros is meant to be flexible and to fit your unique lifestyle. I give you all the tools you’ll need, but it’s up to you to complete your daily macro puzzle with foods you enjoy.
Coaching starts at $200 per month. The price per month is dependent on the level of accountability check-ins you require each month to successfully reach your goals – biweekly or weekly. There is an initial three-month commitment. Clients will pay on a monthly, recurring basis.
